FORWARD HINDSIGHT, INC ANNOUNCES NEW HR MODULE

Minneapolis, Minn. – August 18, 2011 – Forward Hindsight, Inc. (FHI), a leading NetSuite implementation partner, today announced the launch of its new Human Resource module, HRMS V1.0, to complement NetSuite’s comprehensive business solutions platform.

This new HR module will give companies the ability to streamline operations and manage all aspects of HR, from recruiting to the exit interview, in real time at the touch of their fingertips.

Core functionalities of HRMS V1.0 include: Jobs Bank, Applicant Tracking, Hiring, On-boarding, Performance Management, Compensation, and Off-boarding. Because this module can be tied directly to payroll and other employee data, it gives companies a complete ERP package.

“Customers have been seeking a comprehensive HR function to integrate with the rest of their data,” said Erin Hammer, COO at FHI. “This is the first full module of its kind and is something we are very excited about.”

The HRMS module was developed within NetSuite, using NetSuite app development tools, hence it is embedded within the NetSuite system.

The HR module is currently available through FHI and NetSuite.
