Ashish Gadnis, Founder

Ashish founded Forward Hindsight in 2004, with a vision to provide technology expertise to clients that truly enables growth and helps implement competitive disruption strategies. Ashish also envisions FH as a leader in fostering and implementing true social entrepreneurship, by encouraging its clients and partners to help bring parity to parts of the world that are in need.

Ashish takes a very hands-on approach to developing and executing strategies with his clients. Ashish has more than 20 years of experience leading the transformation of Global 1000 organizations. He is adept at creating and executing operational strategies that increase financial, brand, and competitive advantages. Ashish has been the business architect of major initiatives for leading firms all over the world, and continues to act as a trusted advisor to their CEOs. He is an expert at developing market-focused business architectures that leverage technology and decrease risk.

Ashish has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognition, including: a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year® award, one of the top “40 under 40” business executives in the Twin Cities, and a Minority Twin Cities Business Owner award winner. He is also a Young Global Leaders Award Recipient for the World Economic Forum.

Ashish holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bombay University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.

He serves on the Board for the Katha Dance Theatre. Ashish also Founded Million for Haiti, an organization that raised 47 tons of life-saving supplies for Haiti’s earthquake victims.
